Music is the fabric of our society, and music can shape abilities and character. Musical education can greatly contribute to children’s intellectual development as well. Students who study music can improve the development of spatial intelligence, which allows them to perceive the world accurately and form mental pictures.

Physical Education improves children’s muscular strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, body composition (fat-to- muscle ratio) and cardiovascular endurance. Physical education develops skills which allow enjoyable and rewarding participation in physical activities. New skills become easier to learn.

One of the benefits of swimming for our students is that during cardiovascular activity, their lung and heart condition significantly improves. And also, because of all the active movements included in swimming, our students develop strength and endurance. In addition, swimming enhances the flexibility and balance of the body.In regular swimming, our students might avoid health problems associated with childhood obesity. Swimming skills learnt at ISBB will also promote students’ safety in other water environments.
