He has had a long and successful involvement in the education and business sectors in Cambodia. Perhaps most importantly, he was co-founder and initial President of Dewey International University. He now serves as Executive Vice- Chairperson, Board of Directors, Dewey international University. Mr. Khem holds a Master of Education degree, an MBA in General Management, a BBA in Marketing, and an international Diploma in Business Management. He holds a Master’s Degree in Global Business Management from South Korea. He has a strong background of experience with international and local organisations and businesses for more than 10 years. His main role is to ensure and maintain requirements for human resources and practices are met across the entire DIET organisation including ISBB, and then seek to reach the highest standards locally and internationally.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Deakin University, Victoria, Australia. From 1978, and still today, he is a registered teacher with the Department of Education, Victoria, Australia having graduated as a fully qualified teacher in 1977. He has been a Principal in four schools over 17 years and has held other leadership positions in all schools he has worked at for each of his 42 years in education. Mr Rob’s experience in teaching has included Early Childhood education, primary teaching (all subjects), secondary school subject teaching (Science and Math) and English as a foreign language to adults. He believes in working with each individual student to develop confidence and ability to challenge themselves to improve and continuously learn. He says, “Life is a learning journey, every day presents a new opportunity to learn”.
Mr. Sopheak holds a master’s degree in Education Studies from the University of Canberra, one of the most renowned universities in the capital of Australia. He has been a professionally qualified and experienced teacher and school administrator for over 10 years.
He holds a Graduate Diploma of Facilities Management and Planning from prestigious Melbourne University, Australia. For over 10 years through the company he founded, he has been responsible for training the facilities teams at Melbourne, Geelong, Canberra and Carey Grammar schools in Australia, and Macleans College and the Academic Colleges Group (ACG) in New Zealand. He has successfully worked with local, state, and federal governments, and NGOS. Mr. Bruce has been in the industry for over 30 years. He established his FM Essentials company in 2003 and it is now a recognised authority and market leader in facility management in Australia. They won the industry award for excellence in 2016. He leads the industry in innovation and best in class approaches to asset and maintenance management, including software solutions. He looks forward to contributing to the safety and security of all at ISBB and the maintenance of all their facilities.
Mr. Jude will be working closely with Principal Rob in developing ISBB as a Cambridge School. He worked for 10 years as a teacher, then for four years in school administration at Xian LiangliaTan International School, China. He was a part of the team developing an application to become a registered international school and they achieved this milestone in 2014. This is now one of the most prestigious schools in China. Mr Jude will bring this valuable experience to continue the development of ISBB as a registered international school with Cambridge International.
