He holds a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Deakin University, Victoria, Australia. From 1978, and still today, he is a registered teacher with the Department of Education, Victoria, Australia having graduated as a fully qualified teacher in 1977. He has been a Principal in four schools over 17 years and has held other leadership positions in all schools he has worked at for each of his 42 years in education.
